Our classes are fun-filled and playfully instructed by highly qualified, Kids Yoga Teacher, Childcare Educator and myDrishti Founder, Carolina Vega. Carolina has also written and Facilitates the Kids Teacher Training Course for My Health Yoga.
In every class we incorporate traditional yoga asana and breathwork and fun mindfulness activities, not only to encourage physical movement, but to also teach children techniques that will help calm their minds and be present. We include yoga games, crafts and balancing poses.
In this age-group Zen time can be tricky, so we include a complimentary fluffy eye mask (with term enrolment) to incorporate rest time and teach children that self-care is important but can still be fun and enjoyable. Children will leave feeling centered, confident and calm.
When:
FORTNIGHTLY Mondays 3:45pm to 4:30pm.
This is a 45 minute class suitable for ages 5-10 years.
Structure:
Classes are held fortnightly during school terms and each term will usually have a set theme. We encourage parents to enrol your child in the full term so they are able to receive the full benefits of the classes, however we do accept casual bookings.
What to bring:
Water bottle, comfortable clothes. No socks or shoes are required during class.
We supply kids hyper allergenic, antibacterial mats free-of-charge.

Price:
Early bird Special: $50 if you book before 1 week before the term starts.
$60 for the full term or $17 casual class.
Not sure if your child will click with yoga? Why not try a casual class in week 1 for $17. If you decide to sign up to the full term we will deduct the class pass off your full term price.
