Our young teen classes are guided similar to an adults class, however more age appropriate conversations and relatable to the challenges young teens face.
Over the term we teach:
- Meditation techniques
- Mindfulness
- Empowerment building techniques
- Self-compassion
- Stress management activities
- Journaling
- Sharing circle
When:
5pm - 5:45pm. This class suitable for ages 10y up to 16 years.
Structure:
Classes are held once a week coinciding with school terms and each term will usually have a set theme. We encourage parents to enroll your child in the full term so they are able to receive the full benefits of the classes, however we do accept casual bookings.
What to bring:
Water bottle, comfortable clothes. No socks or shoes are required during class.
We can supply mats free-of-charge.

Early bird special, $99, $120 for the full term or $17 casual class.
