Have you heard of the benefits of yoga but not sure where to start? Are you nervous about trying yoga for the first time, or have you been practicing online and need some in-person guidance?  Kick-start your yoga practice again with our 5 Week Beginners Course - open to all abilities!

This My Health Yoga Course has been created to provide new Yogis with a balanced and authentic introduction into the world of Yoga.

When first starting Yoga, most students are drawn to the physical benefits, or have been recommended to start Yoga classes for their physical health. With a variety of styles of class available, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. Additionally, the strange language and words that are spoken, the seemingly mystical spiritual side and the tight knit community of dedicated “Yogis” which you are approaching for advice can often be enough to intimidate someone looking to start a Yoga practice.

We are here to help. This course, presented over 5 weeks, will deliver a basic Yoga class complete with all the information you need to know to start your journey enjoyably and safely.


Course Content:

Week 1: Introduction to Yoga and Breathing Techniques

Week 2: Mindfulness & Meditation

Week 3: Beginner Floor and Seated Poses

Week 4: Learn to Balance, Strengthen and Move

Week 5: Sun Salutations and putting it all together


Cost: Beginner’s Course $150 delivered over 5 weeks by myDrishti Yoga Founder and Level 2 Yoga Teacher, Caroline Vega. Included is a comprehensive printed workbook plus a bonus 5 class pass (valued at $80); to help you put into practice what you've learnt so that you feel comfortable and confident faster.


No mat required but please bring a towel.
