Our teen classes are guided similar to an adults class, however more age appropriate conversations and relatable to the challenges Teens face. Over the term we teach:
- Meditation techniques
- Empowerment building techniques
- Self-compassion
- Stress management activities
- Journaling
- Dream boards
- Sharing circle
When:
Thursdays Commencing 15th October
5pm to 5:45pm: This is a 45 minute class suitable for ages 13-16 years.
Structure:
Classes are held once a week in 9 week blocks to coincide with school terms and each term will usually have a set theme. We encourage parents to enroll your child in the full term so they are able to receive the full benefits of the classes, however we do accept casual bookings.
What to bring:
Water bottle, comfortable clothes. No socks or shoes are required during class.
We can supply mats free-of-charge however during the Social Distancing period we request that all students bring a yoga mat towel (non-slip) to class

Early bird Special: $99 if you book before the term start date .
$150 for the full term or $17 casual class.
