Day 1! Little Wellness Retreat

A special school holiday day dedicated to wellbeing, creativity, connection and fun! 

This holiday, we'll create our own little wellness retreat where children can slow down, play, explore and discover simple ways to look after their bodies, minds and emotions.

Throughout the day we'll enjoy:

• Fun yoga, movement, mindfulness & relaxation
• Creating our own natural face masks, complete with cucumber slices for our eyes!
• Making natural bath bombs to enjoy in our foot soak and take home
• A little pampering with non-toxic, water-based nail polish
• Cosy robes, slippers, headbands & eye masks for our own mini spa experience
• Fun hair styling with braids, ponytails, colourful hair pieces & sparkly hair glitter
• Outdoor play, fresh air & nature time
• Delicious and nourishing lunch, snacks & a special pink glow drink
• Connection, laughter and time to simply enjoy being together

Day 2! Nature Wellness Day

A school holiday adventure filled with nature, creativity, colourful crafts, outdoor fun and a little bit of magic!

This holiday, we'll get outside, get creative and explore all the wonderful things nature has to offer. We'll make, grow, squish, splash, play and discover, with lots of fun activities to enjoy throughout the day.

Throughout the day we'll enjoy:

• Fun yoga, movement, mindfulness & relaxation
• Creating beautiful nature art with leaves, flowers & natural treasures
• Planting and decorating our own little plant to take home
• Making our own squishy nature friends
• Creating colourful tie-dye T-shirts
• Making magical dried-flower lanterns with their own little light
• Mixing our own colourful garden drinks
• Outdoor games, nature adventures & plenty of free play
• Connection, creativity, laughter and time to simply enjoy being together
