Being a mum can be so overwhelming at times. It's easy to feel weighed down by the mental load we carry as mums.

Come and offload. Make self-care your priority. Self-care is not selfish, it strengthens you and builds resilience. Self-care is the antidote to stress. Think of it this way, you need to put your oxygen mask on a plane first before you can help anyone else... you are not going to be available for anyone if your energy is depleted because you have given every last little bit away.

Come and refill your cup Mummas. This is a masterclass for ALL mums; now or to be. Guided by Louise Mackie, who is our guest instructor from My Health Yoga. Think gentle movement, deep release and unwind for 2 gorgeous hours all to yourself. No yoga experience necessary.
