Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that helps the body relax deeply while the mind remains gently aware. In this workshop, you will explore both traditional and modern trauma-informed approaches and learn how to safely create supportive, restorative experiences for your students or clients.

On completion, you will receive a Certificate of Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Yoga Alliance accredited 20 CPD hours and feel confident to guide Yoga Nidra sessions professionally, or simply integrate the practice into your own life.
