For beginners to advanced, this class is perfect for those who train hard. Whether at the gym, weights, cycling or running. This class offers a deep release with breathwork to recover sore and tired muscles. Offered by our very own teacher Jen, who is an avid trail runner herself, using her personal knowledge and experience to help you target a deep release and rejuvenate your whole body. So you can get back to doing the things you enjoy asap! 
We like to diversify our classes to suit different tastes. Not keen on traditional yoga? This class has no yoga music, chanting or incense... sound like your thing - book now!
