Reiki is a generic word in Japan meaning ‘healing with lifeforce energy’ and as such in it’s purest form, anyone can do Reiki and all people have Reiki powers. To be specific, the system taught at My Health is based on Dr Usui methods and is a direct lineage from Dr Usui, Dr Hayashi and Mrs Takata, Usui Shiki Ryoho.

- Introduction of the origin, history and traditional techniques
- Reiki precepts - principles, the 5 elements of reiki
- How reiki works
- Reiki attunement initiation
- Reiki hand positions for treating self and others
- Energy systems - chakra systems and the endocrine system
- Preparing and setting up a reiki healing treatment
On completion you will receive a 1st Degree Reiki Certificate and will feel confident and ready to share the powerful healing benefits of reiki with loved ones.
You can redo reiki level 1 training, particularly if it has been some time since your attunement.
